Terms & Conditions are the serious bit between Us (www.letterfromSantaUK.com) and You (the Customer) and we want them to be simple, straight forward and fair to us both and to operate legally within a boundary of mutual trust and respect

We have, love and care passionately about children and within our business will do all we can to make our product and service as all round magical as we can for you and your special children. We believe our customers are really important. We want you to be happy and enjoy doing business with us. Some time we might get things less than right but we’ll always go the extra mile to do all we can to say sorry and make it right for you www.letterfromsantauk.com is an internet based business, we do all our business online and e-mail is the means of communication between you and us. We are committed to providing you, our customer with excellence of product and customer service and operating in a legal and ethical way.

We are an SME Small Medium enterprise (closer to small than medium but like a little acorn we have growth aspirations). • We know security is very important to you and so we ensure through our systems and technology that your data and payment details are secure and only accessed by trained staff
• We have and use antivirus and other protective software to protect our computer system and ensure safe electronic communication with you
• We use secure technology to protect you when ordering a product from us and in making payment and we will do all we reasonably can to ensure your payments details are secured and best product is provided, on time
• We process all payments in Sterling at current exchange rate and never pass on your credit or debit card, e-mail or other details
• We may e-mail you from time to time from our business group on information which might be of interest but we will never pass or sell your details to a third party
• Unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss to you caused by a third party accessing, without authority, data you supply
• Standard Prices quoted on the site include postage for the product in question
• To request a customised letter or a letter posted outside our normal area of operation, please contact us by e-mail before placing your order, to obtain a correct price for your product
• We ask when you provide information, that you double check all information you supply in the online order process, including the spelling of names supplied. We cannot be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied during the order process
• Letters from Santa will be posted to arrive in the third week of December, please contact us if you have not received your letter by December 19th
• We cannot be held responsible for the delay or non delivery of letters caused by third party acts or acts of God which are outside our control
• We are sure you will be delighted with your order. However please contact us if there is a problem.
• If a product arrives damaged we will ask you to return it and issue a replacement
• Should you be unhappy with the product or service, please contact us immediately by e-mail, providing details of the order and allow us to resolve your problem
• To cancel your order, please e-mail us with full details and we will cancel the order. Please note we may retain an administration fee to cover the cancellation, this will not exceed 1.50
• We may cancel an order if we believe it is placed maliciously or with bad intent. In such rare event, we will refund payment less an administration fee not exceeding 1.50
• Feedback and comments, we want you to be delighted with our product and service and welcome any feedback or comments you would like to send
